Websites · Online stores · AI automation · Social media, scoped and priced before we start

Everything it takes to go
from idea to online.

Four services. Take the one you need: each is scoped, priced, and delivered on its own.

01 · Web Development

Websites built the way your business needs

Need something fast and affordable? We start from a polished template and make it yours. Need something a template can't do? We hand-code it from scratch. Either way, it is designed for the phone first, set up so Google can read it properly, and tested for speed, because most of your visitors arrive on mobile and leave if they are kept waiting.

How the work runs

  1. 01
    Positioning & page plan

First we work out what your visitor came to do: book, compare prices, or check you are a real business. That decides which pages you need, what order they go in, and what the main button says on every screen.

  2. 02
    Design in the browser

We design with your real words and images, and you review it live on a phone. No flat picture that looks nothing like the finished site.

  3. 03
    Hand-coded build

The site is written by hand in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (the three languages every browser speaks natively). Nothing extra is loaded, so there is no heavy page builder and no long list of plugins waiting to break.

  4. 04
    Performance & SEO pass

Images shrunk to the right size, fonts loaded early, and everything Google looks for put in place: page titles, headings, a sitemap (a map of your pages for search engines) and Search Console connected so you can see how you rank.

  5. 05
    Launch & handover

Domain and security certificate set up, every old page link pointed at its new home so you keep the Google rankings you already earned, visitor tracking connected, then a walkthrough so your team can edit the site without calling us.

What you end up owning

  • A site you own outright: code, domain and hosting
  • Mobile-first layouts tested on real devices

  • Search engine setup done properly, including a sitemap
  • A CMS you can edit without breaking the design
  • Contact forms that reach your inbox and get saved, not lost
  • Security certificate, protection headers and spam blocking
  • 30 days of post-launch fixes included

Usual timeline: 7 to 14 days for a service site, 2 to 3 weeks for larger multi-location or multi-language builds.

02 · E-commerce Store Development

Stores built to sell from day one

We build complete shops on Shopify (the easiest platform to run day to day), WooCommerce (built into WordPress, cheaper to own long term) or a fully custom setup when neither fits. Whichever we use, you get your products organised properly, a checkout that takes payment reliably, delivery and tax rules that match where you sell, and a system your own team can update without calling a developer.

  • Platform choice: Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom
  • Payments, tax & shipping configuration
  • Product catalogue & migration
  • Handover training so you can run it solo

How the work runs

  1. 01
    Catalogue & margin review

Before we build, we map out your products, their sizes and colours, any bundles, and how delivery is charged. Most store problems turn out to be organisation problems, and they are far cheaper to fix now than after launch.

  2. 02
    Storefront build

We build the shop around how your range actually splits: category pages, filters people will really use, and product layouts that suit what you sell.

  3. 03
    Checkout & payments

Payment providers like Stripe and PayPal connected, tax and delivery zones set for each place you ship to, reminder emails for shoppers who leave items in the basket, and a checkout with every unnecessary box removed.

  4. 04
    Migration & testing

Products, customers and past orders moved over from your old platform, then real test purchases on desktop and phone before a single customer buys.

  5. 05
    Launch & measure

Sales tracking connected, then a first-month check on where shoppers give up, and the fixes that follow.

What you end up owning

  • A store built around your products, not a demo shop
  • Working payments, tax and shipping rules for your markets
  • Product, size and bundle setup that still works as you add more
  • Abandoned-cart and post-purchase email flows connected
  • Full product, customer and order migration from your old platform
  • Sales tracking that shows where each order came from
  • A staff walkthrough for adding products and fulfilling orders
  • Test orders proven end to end before launch

Usual timeline: 10 to 21 days, depending on how many products you have and how much data has to be moved.

03 · AI Automation

AI automation that does the repetitive work

Automation just means teaching software to do a job your team currently repeats by hand. We build the small, reliable kind: a chat window that answers order questions, reminders that send themselves, enquiries sorted before anyone reads them, and information moving between your inbox, calendar, shop and spreadsheets on its own. We use tools like n8n and Make (systems that connect your apps together) so everything is visible and you can see exactly what ran.

  • Customer support & FAQ chatbots
  • Order-status & lead-qualification automation
  • Internal workflow & reporting tools

How the work runs

  1. 01
    Find the repeated task

We look for the job someone repeats dozens of times a week: the same reply, the same copy and paste, the same reminder. That is where automation pays for itself.

  2. 02
    Map the workflow

We write down exactly what starts the automation, what it does, and what happens if something goes wrong or a person needs to step in. You approve it before we build.

  3. 03
    Build & connect

We connect it to the tools you already use (inbox, calendar, customer list, shop, spreadsheets) through their official connections. Your passwords stay locked on the server, never in a browser where they could be read.

  4. 04
    Test against real cases

We test it on your real past requests, including the difficult ones, and keep adjusting until it answers the way your best staff member would.

  5. 05
    Monitor & hand over

You get a record of everything it does, an alert if it ever fails, and a simple off switch. You stay in control at all times.

What we build with

n8nMakeZapierREST & webhook APIsPHPPythonMySQLGoogle Workspace APITwilio SMSSlackAirtableCalendar APIs

What you end up owning

  • A clear diagram of how it works, not a black box
  • Hours returned to your team every single week
  • Instant replies to your most repeated customer questions
  • Bookings, leads and orders landing in the right place automatically
  • Failure alerts so a broken step never fails silently
  • Passwords stored safely on the server and easy to change
  • A manual override on every automated step
  • Training so your team can adjust the simple rules themselves

Usual timeline: 5 to 14 days per automation. We normally start with one, show you the hours it saves, then add the next.

04 · Social Media Management

Consistent, professional social media, handled for you

Whether you run a clinic, a shop, a gym, or a service business, your audience needs to keep hearing from you. We plan the month, write the posts, direct the photography, answer comments and messages, and run the ad budget, so your presence stays active and professional without you becoming a full-time content creator.

  • Content calendar & scheduled posting
  • Product photography & creative direction
  • Small-budget ad campaign management

How the work runs

  1. 01
    Account & competitor audit

We check what is working on your accounts, what nobody is seeing, and what the competitors taking your attention are doing differently.

  2. 02
    Content system, not one-off posts

We agree a small set of post types you can repeat every month: teaching people something, showing proof it works, making an offer, and showing the people behind the business. That way no month ever starts from a blank page.

  3. 03
    Monthly production & approval

A full month of captions, graphics and reels prepared in advance and approved in one sitting, instead of daily back and forth.

  4. 04
    Scheduling & community

Everything scheduled at the right times, then comments and messages answered from an agreed script, so enquiries turn into bookings instead of sitting unread.

  5. 05
    Report & adjust

Each month you get the numbers that matter: how many people saw you, how many saved a post, how many visited your profile, and how many got in touch, plus which posts earned them. Next month is planned from that, not from guesswork.

What we build with

Meta Business SuiteInstagramFacebookLinkedInTikTokMeta Ads ManagerCanvaAdobe ExpressCapCutLaterBuffer

What you end up owning

  • A month of content approved before the month starts
  • Repeatable post and reel formats your brand owns
  • Consistent visual identity across every platform
  • Comments and DMs answered on a defined response time
  • Paid campaigns set up, targeted and monitored
  • A monthly report about enquiries, not likes
  • All source files and templates handed to you
  • Profiles, bios and highlights set up properly once

Month to month, with no lock-in. You can stop whenever it stops paying for itself.
